Auditions for our 2023 Summer Intensives and the 2023/2024 year-round Trainee Program are happening now. We invite dancers to review age and level requirements, specific to each program. We look forward to meeting you virtually or in-person!
SUMMER PROGRAM AUDITIONS
Students may audition for any of our Joffrey Ballet School Summer Intensives during the annual Audition Tour. Our International and Domestic (US) Tour begins each year in December and continues through the Spring.
Qualifying dancers attending a summer program audition are also considered for our year-round Trainee/BFA programming.
All dancers, new and returning, are required to audition, in consideration for:
• Acceptance
• Scholarships
• Placement
Dancers ages 8 through 25 are encouraged to apply.
TRAINEE/BFA AUDITIONS
Exclusive virtual auditions are your opportunity to be considered for the year-round Joffrey Ballet School Trainee Programs and the Bachelor of Fine Arts Program, in association with New Jersey City University.
Experience a day with our Artistic Directors, to be considered for acceptance and potential merit-based scholarships.
Pre-professional dancers ages 13 through 25 are encouraged to apply.
Summer Auditions and Digital Video Auditions are also accepted in consideration for our year-round Trainee/BFA programming.
DIGITAL VIDEO AUDITIONS
We accept video submissions for our Summer Intensives and year-round Trainee Programs. If you are unable to attend our in-person or virtual auditions, submit a video following the submission requirements for each program. Qualifying dancers submitting a digital audition for our summer programs are also considered for our year-round Trainee/BFA programming.
• Digital auditions for Summer Intensives are accepted from December 1 until May 31 each year.
• Digital auditions for Trainee/BFA programs are accepted throughout the year.
Dancers ages 8 through 25 are encouraged to apply.
